In Linn County Iowa 1939 district court action by W B Carpenter et al against Belle Carpenter Napier and others seeks partition of real estate described as Southwest Quarter 14 Section 4 Township 84 Range 16 and Northwest Quarter 4 Section 29 Township 85 Range 6 plus Daniels Addition Lots 1 2 and North Eight feet of Lot 3 and other parcels all in Marion. If not partitionable, sale of the properties may be ordered with proceeds divided per interests and plaintiffs’ costs and attorneys fees requested. Default possible if defendants fail to appear before November 2 1939 term.
