Cedar Rapids appeals decision to limit I-380 cameras
Cedar Rapids requests four speed cameras on the I-380 S-curve be kept active, arguing the four-way system is necessary to slow vehicles across the two mile downtown curve. Mercy Hospital case seeks $5 million in fees in bankruptcy bid
