Family members sentenced in Cedar Rapids bank robbery
Four Palm er family members received prison terms from 10 to 16 years for the April 6 Exchange State Bank robbery in which $33,850 was taken. Shiloh and Andrew Palmer each got 12 years, Elizabeth Olinger 16 years, and Peter Olinger 10 years. The verdict noted the plan used disguises, shotguns, and two getaway cars, one torched. Authorities recovered the money and restitution was set at $591.
