The feature notes the Pfister residence with easy maintenance and an excellent traffic plan. It describes a front foyer, a 12 by 25 living room with elm paneling, green carpets, and a Philippine set for dining. In the dining area Palisades park view and Sally Pfister’s charcoal drawings form focal points.
The Pfister home sees paneling completed by Mr. Pfister after carpenters worked through last summer. Built-ins are few and costly, with only a half circle breakfast table and a hall linen closet noted. Next summer may bring basement work for laundry, gas furnace, yard furniture and Teddy the dog.
