Rain hampers Guantanamo exercise 2,000 Marines land in Cuba
At Guantanamo Bay Cuba more than 2,000 Marines began a show of force ordered by President Carter landing by helicopter and landing craft. The operation involves three US Navy ships and five M 60 tanks with maneuvers planned for a month on the base held by the United States since 1898.
