Iowa votes suit over I-Voters security upheld by court
Iowa Supreme Court revived a challenge by Linn County Supervisor Miller against the Secretary of State and the Voter Registration Commission. The court ruled Miller has standing to pursue a complaint about I-Voters security and that the commission improperly dismissed the case without full factual review. The decision reinforces public access to review voter registration threats and underscores ongoing scrutiny of Iowa election software and security measures.
