Create a Culture Live brings intimate shows to Iowa City
OWA City launches Create a Culture Live at Wright House of Fashion a backroom venue in a dry cleaner turned nonprofit space to spotlight emerging Iowa artists. Two concerts in the series mimic tiny desk style performances offering a closer view for audiences of a few dozen. The project led by Zeff Walker-Em and Wright aims to empower artists as entrepreneurs while paying them for performances and building local creative networks in Johnson County.
