Harold Palmyquist and his 40 pound mixed beagle Daisy travel cross country to raise funds for Veterans and Their Pets, a nonprofit aiding veterans and their pets with housing and care. Daisy accompanied by a trailer cage and a bicycle trek began April 11 from St Simons Island, Georgia, after Palmyquist faced job loss in 2014 and avoided shelters to keep Daisy with him.
