Linn County relief department reports 876 aid cases in September, down 208 from a year earlier and 90 from August. Of the cases 394 were general family relief, 134 general relief for single individuals, 3 hospital only and 345 medical only, with 800 service cases.
The undersigned was appointed as Administrator of the estate of John W. Horak of Linn County Iowa deceased. Creditors should settle debts immediately and those with claims must file them authenticated with the Linn County District Court Clerk. Jerry Byas is the Administrator, with Ho Kubicek as Attorney.
