Mrs. Fred eric Bond of Miami urged the International Order of King’s Daughters and Sons to lead in global issues and family life. The 51st annual Linn county convention opened with a theme of Consecrated Living and drew 400 women and 51 juniors including delegates from Tipton Burlington Fort Madison and Waterloo. Community, church, and charitable work were highlighted alongside the order’s 150 homes for aged and children.
