An ambulance service in Jamestown New York has installed a portable TRS-80 Model 100 computer in its emergency vehicle. It stores names addresses and health data for over 1000 residents and provides medical histories for high risk patients. The system helps staff locate patients and access medications and instructions during emergencies.
Mercy Hospital announces free introductory sessions for its Smoke Stoppers program three times next week at 12:30 or 7:30 p.m. on October 11 and 7:30 p.m. on October 2 in the education Classroom.
