Nab 9th Person On Strike Riot Charge
Frank Hlavacek age 25 of 1120 Fifteenth avenue SW was arrested Tuesday on a county attorney information charging riotous conduct at the strike riot at Wilson produce company September 15. He is the ninth person picked up in the riot. Deputy Sheriff Pete Whitemore made the arrest. Hlavacek requested a preliminary hearing at arraignment before Justice H R Churchill and was released on 2500 bond. A hearing is set for Thursday.
