Crowne Plaza Five Seasons to Close End of February
Crowne Plaza Five Seasons Hotel in Cedar Rapids will shutter at the end of February affecting 130 employees. The city plans to buy the hotel from CW Capital LLC to remake the site into a Convention Complex with U.S. Cellular Center adjacent. The city will take control after closure to begin construction and help workers find new employment.
