Man wins $6 million in Oraflex lawsuit
A federal jury in Columbus awarded Clarence Borom of Waverly Hall six million dollars after he sued Eli Lilly and Co claiming his mother Lola Jones died after taking the arthritis drug Oraflex. Lilly plans an appeal as it faces more than 80 similar cases nationwide.
