Coca Cola to pay 192.5 million in race discrimination settlement
Coca Cola will pay 192.5 million to settle a racial discrimination suit by black workers. An independent seven member task force will review diversity efforts and HR operations while an ombudsman will investigate complaints. About 2,200 class members may average 40 000 each. A 188 million charge and 50 million foundation donation are planned.
