Oil fortune heir J Paul Getty III, blind and paralyzed after a stroke, sues J Paul Getty Jr for 25000 dollars a month in medical expenses in Los Angeles. His godfather William Newsom said the 25 year old has no means of support. The suit cites California law requiring support for costly medical needs.
