Washington County jail bond fails in final tally

West Branch elects Sandra Hatfield as mayor through 2005
In Cedar County West Branch voters re elected Sandra Hatfield mayor pro tem to finish the remainder of the term. She won 621 votes while Carl Fabian received 233 and Tom Gartland 149.
