Motorist Charged With Drunk Driving After Collision
Police say Lester Cach, 22, of Twenty third Avenue and C Street SW, was arrested at 7 45 p m Tuesday on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated after his car struck Merritt Heath's car on Washington Avenue near Seventeenth Street SE.
