Special to The Gazette Willie W Werneberg 23 of Sioux City was booked at the county jail Sunday on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Werneberg was arrested late Saturday night by Deputy Sheriff Larry Condon after driving in an erratic course for several blocks near A avenue and Twelfth street NE. A whisky bottle, almost empty, was in the car.
