Cosby Ordered To Stand Trial In Pennsylvania Case

Judge Elizabeth McHugh ruled Cosby must face trial on aggravated indecent assault charges related to Andrea Constand, a 2004 incident. Prosecutors presented testimony from Cosby and Constand given to police in 2005, while Constand did not testify at the hearing. The 78 year old entertainer faces up to ten years in prison if convicted.
