Appeal rejected in shaken baby death case in Iowa
Des Moines bureau report says Washington County man Rick Lee Snow lost his appeal against a first degree murder conviction for the 1988 death of his 6 week old stepdaughter Stephanie Snow. The court found substantial evidence showing Snow’s involvement and malice. A separate Linn County panel ordered a new trial for two victims in a 1986 traffic accident with damages totaling about 4600.
