Rubashkin Opposed Minors at Agriprocessors Plant
Defense witness Yomtov Bensasson testified that Agriprocessors policy barred underage workers at the Postville meatplant and that Rubashkin supported the rule. He cited a 17 year old clerical hire and described incidents of escorting youths, with the company using Hunt payroll to meet Jewish law requirements. The trial resumed amid scheduling and health-related delays.
