Terry Kopel suit challenges Cedar Rapids rezoning denial
Timothy F. Terry and Merle L. Kopel filed in Linn District Court a suit against the Cedar Rapids City Council for denying rezoning to allow offices in apartments at 1248 and 1252 1254 Third Ave SE.
