Linn conservation workers seek state comparable worth pay
Linn County conservation employees seek immediate adoption of state comparable worth pay scales. They urge the Linn Conservation Board to follow state policy, noting wage freezes and raises in four class groups worth about 10 percent for several positions. The board will refer the grievance to its personnel committee for study and a report at the next meeting.
