Suspected prostitute offer to aid pipeline faces scrutiny
Lee County sheriff and Iowa DCI probe a southeast Iowa man’s claim that a Dakota Access agent offered prostitutes if he allowed an oil line crossing. Hughie Tweedy, 61, recorded the 15 minute talk and handed the audio to authorities while the firm plans a 1344 mile route crossing 18 counties. Tweedy says the recording may become evidence in a legal proceeding.
