Man charged with drug possession in Iowa City case
Anthony Lester Thran, 23, of 4405 Rushmore Drive NE, was charged in Johnson County District Court with possession of cocaine and LSD after police found drug paraphernalia and suspected drugs in his car following a traffic accident in Iowa City. He was released on his own recognizance.
