One Man Sentenced For Third Offense Drunk Driving
Clarence Lee Moore, 39, of 312 Seventh Street NE received a three year sentence at Fort Madison penitentiary after pleading guilty to a third offense drunk driving in district court. Myers, 50, of Marion pled innocent to a drunk driving charge after his car struck another vehicle and was arrested Friday at 10:10 p.m. in Marion. John F. Noto, 18, of Elgin Illinois was given until next Thursday to plead after a Saturday 12:20 a.m. arrest by Trooper Cal Wagner for erratic driving on First Avenue West from Highway 30 to Thirteenth Street.
