Dozens of Jordanian room cleaners and pool staff work in Israel's Eilat hotels under tight rules. They earn about 1200 dollars monthly before deductions, take home 700 to 800, and cross the border from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. These workers face strict permits and limited roles while Israelis debate the program's political implications.
