Legal fees shift in Kiesau photo suit case
The county insurer may cover Bantz’s legal costs after a judge ruled altering a photo of Kiesau was outside his official duties. The Public Entity Risk Services has paid about 17000 for the county Sheriff Leonard Davis and Bantz, with appeals upcoming. County officials say they have no control over Bantz’s future actions.
