Teamsters Upheld On Rejection of Non-Union Cargo
The U S court of appeals upholds the hot cargo clause allowing Teamsters to refuse handling non union cargo. The ruling says the conduct urged employees not to handle freight from a company considered unfair does not prove a strike or coercion.
