In Sioux City U S District Court Judge Henry N Graven orders Leslie V Woerth to produce stockyard records for inspection by U S Department of Agriculture officials under the stockyards act. The ruling says Woerth must reveal how cattle bought in public markets are disposed of, even if records pertain to his Clarence, Iowa private business.
