A Scott County jury acquitted 25 year old Andrew Jon Oglevie of first degree murder in the April 14 1979 killing of Ady Jensen 39 of Iowa City. Oglevie formerly in custody since June 23 1981 was released after the verdict as his attorney Ann Fitzgibbons reacted with astonishment.
