MidAmerican plans $900 million wind expansion in Iowa
MidAmerican Energy filed with the Iowa Utilities Board to add up to 552 megawatts of wind in Iowa at two new sites. If approved construction could start spring 2016 with completion by year end. The move would lift wind assets to about 4 000 megawatts across 22 Iowa counties and cut coal reliance for customers.

Bees falter in supplying rising honey demand in agribusiness
