Iowa Prep Associations Face National Investigation Rift
Iowa high school athletics face a rift as the National Federation may step in. Paul James, attorney for more than 150 of Iowa’s 892 schools, says a single Hawkeye state association will be chosen after the inquiry. He warns schools aligned with the Hawkeye group could gain national standing. George A. Brown defends Iowa’s current plan, while James charges the present setup is a one man affair.
