Monticello The 30 room farm home of Henry George located a mile east of Monticello was destroyed by a blaze Monday forenoon with an estimated loss of 25000. The fire started about 1030 am due to a chimney spark catching on the roof. Mrs George decorated interior with frescos and hand painted china. little furniture saved. Fire Chief Clarence Matthiessen says part of the loss was insured.
