Robert McNeese, the Cedar Rapids man who robbed United State Bank last month, explains he spent over 18000 dollars on limousines and Cocaine and fine foods before surrendering 13 days later. He says he traveled to Chicago with Earth Wind and Fire and offered Polaroid photos as proof. He decided to surrender after thinking about his seven month old son Dominic and the need to see him. He is in Linn County Jail awaiting further proceedings.
