Des Moines reports the state board of engineers reprimanded Cary Illinois engineer Harry Jack Spitzer for fraud and deceit in professional engineering. The action stemmed from floor joist plans prepared by Component Homes Inc Town City signed and sealed by Spitzer without proper certification or further engineering computation.
