Charge filed in crash that killed unborn child in Iowa
Linn County Attorney announced a second charge in the Feb 21 crash near Hiawatha. Clarence J. Suit dismissed in Iowa illegal search case
U.S. District Judge Edward Mc Manus dismissed a $500,000 suit filed by former Cedar Rapids attorney Jeffrey Kaldem alleging an illegal search. Cedar Rapids airport eyed for FAA automated station site
Cedar Rapids Airport Director Bud Jamesen told the Airport Commission he will meet FAA officials March 18 to advocate locating an automated flight service station at the airport. Three site options were listed and a 10,000 square foot building priced around 720000 would be built and leased back to FAA. Cedar Rapids and Des Moines are the Iowa locations under consideration.
