St Wenceslaus trailed early and late but mounted a fourth quarter rally, only to drop the substate opener to Riverside 56 50. Riverside guard Tom Havel led with 18 points as St Vene’s Chuck Hughes scored 16 and Bob Ceynar contributed key late baskets.
