Four Nash family die in Cedar Rapids highway crash
Four members of the Carson Nash family of Cedar Rapids were killed when their car slid on ice on highway 150 near Independence and struck the path of another car. The dead are Nash eight, Mary 45, Lisa 12, Jeff 7. Kristine Nash survived. Three others in the second car were injured. Names and details of survivors follow with ages and relations. Funeral services were planned, with continued reporting on page 3.
