Grand Jury Bound Over In Narcotics Case

Steven Gross aged 22 of 2301 Cold Stream Avenue NE was bound over to the grand jury Monday after a municipal court preliminary hearing on a possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance charge. He was arrested October 18. Authorities said they confiscated substances believed to be marijuana hashish and injection equipment.
