Congress Debates Drug Abuse Bill Amid Senate and House Action

The Senate continues to debate a bill addressing prescription painkiller and heroin abuse while the House recesses. The House passed HR 4557 to block a new Clean Air Act brick manufacturing rule, a 238 163 vote, arguing job losses and overreach.
