Northwestern Bell and the Salvation Army announce a citywide recycling drive for old Cedar Rapids telephone directories. With 120000 new books arriving, residents are urged to place old volumes in Salvation Army drop boxes or any local box. A list of drop locations will be provided, including Hy Vee stores and the Northwestern Bell office, with additional sites citywide for Marion residents.
