David Rabe's Sticks and Bones opened at John Golden Theater under Jeff Bleckner's direction. The play portrays a prosperous family's disintegration after a Vietnam War veteran son returns blinded. The production, directed with a grand view, features strong performances and an intense two level set, earning praise for its daring, though some may find it hard to endure.

Mussolini Novel to Be Film by Alfredo Bini

Producer Alfredo Bini plans a film adaptation of Benito Mussolini’s anticlerical novel Claudia Particella the Cardinal’s Mistress set in the 16th century.
