Hamburg Iowa mayor Terry Holliman was arrested on seven counts of animal abuse for allegedly influencing Police Chief Nick Millsap to kill seven dogs on September 15. Iowa Judge Orders Psychiatric Evaluation in Street Case
A federal judge will order a psychiatric evaluation for Street who faces trial on March 27 for child pornography charges. Street's stepdaughter Tracey Dyess, 18, is imprisoned for arson after burning their Griswold home in March 2005. her sister and nephew died in the fire. Dyess earlier pleaded guilty in November to attempted murder, voluntary manslaughter and arson and was sentenced to 45 years.
