Beachgoers cautious as second shark attack rattles Panhandle

Beach officials reopen Cape San Blas after a 16 year old suffered a leg amputation from a shark bite while fishing in waist deep water. A 14 year old girl was killed by a bull shark near Destin two days earlier. Tourism officials urge cautious swimming and note shark attacks are rare in Florida.
