Five Out of Town Guests Honored in June Socials

Five visiting guests are honored as June draws to a close with local parties. Mrs. James M. Skinner of Joliet Ill shares hosting duties at the home of Mrs. B O Tapper. Miss Maxine Boegel hosts a breakfast at 1949 First Ave E and Miss Helen Hubbard hosts an informal tea with Mrs. C W Hubbard of Mason City and Miss Ida Murray of Marshalltown as guests. Mr and Mrs Frank Wingert host a dinner for Mrs Hupp Tevis and Mrs Arthur Dunn of St Louis at 1911 Fourth Ave SE, as St Louis guests spend a week at Commonwealth apartments.

A group of young women gathered Thursday for a continental luncheon and style show at the Roosevelt hotel.
