Linn County eyed pre signed waivers to speed extradition

The Linn County Attorney’s Office has instructed judges to recognize pre signed waivers of extradition for fugitives wanted on probation or parole violations in other states. The policy limits bail except in exceptional cases and aims to expedite return of fugitives.
