A Kane County grand jury indicted Stateville Prison warden Marvin Reed his wife Bette and eight others on charges of conspiracy and grand theft in a Chicago area stolen auto operation during 1977 78. The case ties Reed to a ring moving Cadillacs Continentals and Corvettes with phony titles. arraignment is set for July 1.
