Mrs Bailey's Rose Wins Top Society Award
More than 3,000 rose lovers attended the Linn County Rose Society show at Bever Park pavilion. Mrs Peter Bailey won the top gold medal with Mirandy the red hybrid tea rose. H W Bockhaus earned the silver for Peace. Mrs William Perkins took bronze with Charlotte Armstrong.
